02 //Why this course

Why this course.

MERN Full Stack is proposed as a 60-day, project-led web development program built around MongoDB, Express.js, React and Node.js. The pathway should take learners from JavaScript fundamentals through backend development, database integration, API design, authentication, frontend engineering, testing, deployment and a complete full-stack capstone.

The recommended architecture keeps JavaScript/modern TypeScript-aware web concepts at the center while using Node.js for server-side execution, Express.js for backend/API structure, MongoDB for document-oriented persistence, and React for the frontend. Git, automated testing, Docker and CI/CD are introduced as engineering practices rather than optional add-ons.

The course should be positioned around one connected workflow: UI → API → business logic → database → response → testing → deployment. Each phase should produce a practical artifact that becomes part of the final application.
